Many A-list celebrities have been ditching Los Angeles for Palm Beach and among then are Sylvester Stallone and his wife. Thus, they have listed their mega-mansion for a staggering price.
Here is everything you need to know about the house.
The 74-year-old actor with his model wife Jennifer Flavin, 52, put their enormous Beverly Hills Park mansion for a jaw-dropping $168 million.
According to a website called Dirt.com, during the 1990s Stallone purchased the 1.4-hectare plot and built a custom mansion of around 2000 square meters.
The main home has eight bedrooms in total, 12 bathrooms and a huge library/office with a barrel-vaulted ceiling. Also, Stallone has it decked out with Rocky memorabilia – which is probably not included with the house. He has also incorporated a Rocky statue, with his gloved hands raised in triumph which is guarding an arched window of the mansion.
Meanwhile, the kitchen has two islands; the dining room features hand-painted walls like that of an old castle. The den has floor-to-ceiling windows.
Summer Redstone’s former estate, which is a home next door, has a long, gated driveway. As an additional amenity to the main house, a two-bedroom guesthouse with an “extensive service wing” is featured as well.
The main house has views of the canyons and the city and surrounding it are a putting course and swimming pool. If you want to be on the same area a Denzel Washington, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin, Paul Reiser, Eddie Murphy, Rod Stewart, Magic Johnson and Mark Wahlberg, this is perfect for you.
Lastly, Stallone and Flavin have snapped up a $45.8 million waterfront estate at Palm Beach. As said earlier, they are just some of the recent celebs ditching LA, including Josh Brolin, who left for Atlanta and the Simi Valley, Joe Rogan who recently moved to Texas, and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle who moved north up the coast to Montecito, California.
