British and American F-35 Jets Join NATO Carrier Group in North Sea for Landmark Exercise

The largest Royal Navy carrier group in almost 20 years assembled in the North Sea on October 5, escorted by ships from the US and the Netherlands for NATO’s Exercise Joint Warrior. Fifteen F-35B jets from the United Kingdom and United States were on board HMS Queen Elizabeth, the Royal Navy’s largest aircraft carrier. This footage shows HMS Queen Elizabeth, two destroyers and two frigates from the Royal Navy, two supply ships, the USS The Sullivans, and the Dutch Navy’s HNLMS Evertsen. Approximately 3,000 personnel are involved. Credit: Royal Navy via Storyful
