Grossi alumni Matt Kingsley Shaw and Quentin Hanley of Melbourne Sake are pitching up at Arlechin this autumn.
The Tanuki Sake Pop-up is all about showcasing the Japanese sake they love to drink, highlighting how versatile it can be matched with Italian-inspired snacks by Guy Grossi.
Choose from the one-hour Quick Tanuki, with snacks and sake on arrival, or the Grand Tanuki two-hour experience, with snacks and sake on arrival, plus a premium guided sake flight.
Plenty of additional sake by the glass or bottle will be available for purchase on the night.
